Warranty and returns
Not satisfied? Or did you received a faulty product?
Not satisfied = Money back!
Are you not satisfied with your order or do you want to cancel your order for whatever reason? Then, you can easily cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right you can contact us via info@ionly.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return on the payment method you used, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Who pays for the shipping costs for return shipments?
We take the shipping costs for a return shipment for our account! Send us an e-mail that you want to return an order and why (right of withdrawal / damaged / etc.). Orders from Fliders.nl fit through the mailbox. That is why you can return your order via letterbox post. When we have received your return, we also reimburse the return costs when you have already refunded your already paid amount. (Please note: we will reimburse you at the maximum of the shipping costs we have incurred to deliver your order to your home.)
Order has arrived damaged (transport damage)
When you receive an order that is (seriously) damaged, we ask you to report this directly to us by sending an e-mail with a photo of the damage. You will then receive a shipping label from us that you can use to return the product. The shipping, of course, we also pay for our account. Always notify us immediately (but within a maximum of 3 working days) that your order has arrived damaged.
Of course you can also refuse the package at the door. If you do accept the package, report the damage to the delivery person.
We will also request an investigation from PostNL. We are dependent on PostNL’s research times and can unfortunately not influence this.
Cancel order within 14 days (right of withdrawal)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or do not want to cancel the order, you can of course cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal). Do this within 14 days after you have received your order. After that you have again 14 days to send your order back to us. It is important that the product is complete and completely undamaged in the original packaging. Products that are damaged or show signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If you want to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail. You can return your order via letterbox.
When we have received your order again, we will of course return the already paid amount of your order within 14 days to you via the payment method used during the order. Of course, we also refund any shipping costs that you have paid with your order. If you cancel a part of an order, we will only refund that part of the order. After all, you keep a part of the order.
The following items / orders can not be canceled:
- Products / orders that were received more than 14 days ago
- Products whose seal has been broken
- Products that are used, damaged or incomplete
- Products whose packaging is damaged by use or careless opening of the shipping box
Pay attention! The product must be registered within 14 days of receipt by e-mail with your name, address, order number, IBAN number if you paid by bank transfer and the name of the item you want to return. You can of course also fill in the cancellation form and send it to us. We will then contact you to return your order.
The product is defective on arrival (DOA)

The product is defective within the warranty period
When a product becomes defective within the warranty period, you are of course entitled to a guarantee. For each product is stated what the relevant warranty period is. Do you have a defective product? Send us an e-mail.
After we have received your e-mail, we will contact you for further processing.
The manufacturer or repairer may charge costs at the time that the product does not appear to be defective or is out of warranty. We are forced to pass on these costs.
Delivery does not match what was ordered
If the delivery does not match what you have ordered, we ask you to report this as soon as possible by sending an e-mail. Make sure you have a clear description of the complaint, so that we can contact you as soon as possible.
